The items will be packed and shipped in one business day once you place an order. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Order Cancellations or Changes
We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@wonnv.com as quickly as possible. We do not guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed if it has already been fulfilled or is currently being packaged. If your order has been fulfilled and you need to change the product, you will need to refuse the package and will be charged a fee.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy. Any products requested for return after 30 days will NOT be refunded or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back before you are approved.
